JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION appoints the Dealer/Health center on an exclusive basis in the Territory and to term and conditions of this agreement;
Dealer/Health center can do business and sale products and all JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION.
- The Franchisor hereby grants to the Dealer/Health center all the relevant rights to carry on business as a Dealer/Health center.
- Franchisee can use the trade names, trademarks, of the JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION for the business purpose.
- Dealer/Health center can use the Dealer’s/Health center copyright, material, know-how, knowledge etc , Franchisee can use the benefit of the incisor’s accounting management and marketing knowledge and experience.
- Location The Dealer/Health center will operate the Dealer/Health center
business from the following business address And will maintain uniform standard facilities and services including uniformity in the charges levied from the client for rendering the specified services. - On the signing of this Agreement the Dealer/Health center will pay to the Franchisor the sum of [3,00000/500000/2500000/-] as the Initial Dealer/Health center Fee. This amount shall increase in the condition of enhancement of the business.
- The Dealer/Health center shall also pay to the Dealer/Health center rupees Three thousand/five thousand/twenty thousand per month for three years this amount will be for all reasonable expenses.
- This Agreement shall remain in force for the period of eleven month and will be renewed as the consent of both parties, from the date of signature by the parties.
- The Dealer/Health center agrees to allow the Dealer/Health center to renew the Dealer/Health center subject to renewal terms being agreed and where the Dealer/Health center has operated the Dealer/Health center successfully and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Dealer/Health center Manual.
- Dealer’s/Health center Responsibilities The Dealer/Health center will carry out the following during the term of this Agreement:
Provide initial training to the Dealer/Health center , so that the Dealer/Health center can successfully operate the Dealer/Health center.
Regularly monitor and audit the Dealer/Health center to ensure that quality standards are met and that service sale targets are achieved by the Dealer/Health center. - Dealer’s/Health center Responsibilities The Dealer/Health center will carry
out the following during the term of this Agreement:
Provide initial training to the Dealer/Health center , so that the Dealer/Health center can successfully operate the Dealer/Health center.
Regularly monitor and audit the Dealer/Health center to ensure that quality standards are met and that service sale targets are achieved by the Dealer/Health center. - Dealer’s/Health center Obligations:- The Dealer/Health center shall sell all
products of Dealer’s/Health center through BSM.
Operate the Business in accordance with the Operations Manual.
Maintain the Premises to the highest standards and not carry out any alterations without the Dealer’s/Health center consent.
Operate the Business during hours specified by the.
Ensure that staff is well dressed, clean and polite.
Dealer/Health center shall use the name Dealer and the trademarks and symbols associated with the name of Dealer/Health center. - Use the trademarks, logos and name on the entire document in the same format given by JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION .
- Dealer/Health center has to display code of ethics of counseling in the office premise which is provided by the JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION
- Records of clients will be maintained by both of us Dealer/Health center Make public any information obtained in the course of s.
- The Dealer/Health center will maximize efforts to develop the Dealer/Health center and maintain the image, identity and reputation of the entire Dealer/Health center system.
The Dealer/Health center shall get, ten rupees/five rupees/three rupees per unit commission on survey under JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION.
This commission will be 3% to 12% on the other subsidiary Medicine selling of products respectively. - It will be mandatory for the Dealer/Health center to deposit the collection of survey on every two days interval in the bank account of JAI BHARAT HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATION.
- The Dealer/Health center hereby undertakes to supply the Dealer/Health centers with all information concerning office operation, enabling evaluation of the quality of business management, as well as the financial reports required for effective management of the Chain.
- The Dealer/Health center will allow the Dealer/Health center and/or its Representatives or Field Consultant free access to the Dealer’s business premises and permit examination of the relevant documents at any official timing.
